All product sold by Bukoos.com that is in its original condition and is requested to be returned within 30 days of the invoice date is eligible for a refund.

To request a return, login to your account, click the "Easy Returns" button and select the item you wish to return.

Bukoos will send an email with an attached return shipping label. Print off the label and attach it to the shipping box. Take the box to a FedEx shipping location and submit for shipment. The refund will be processed when the returned item is received and passes a review (typically within 48 business hours of receipt).


PHYSICAL DAMAGE POLICY

Bukoos.com will NOT accept the return of any product that has been physically damaged, misused or used beyond an initial inspection and/or operation. Physical damage to or misuse of a product includes improper handling, operation, transport and/or any other type of damage sustained by unreasonable or irregular usage.
